    3. Chicken is a lean protein and will satisfy your hunger and continue to burn fat after you have finished eating. Each of these ingredients works singularly to fight fat but when combined they become a fat-fighting super meal.

Why I am I not Loosing weight even though I exercise and Diet


There are many reasons that even with the best of exercises and rigorous diet plans, suddenly the weight loss has stalled and no matter what you do, it just won't go away. Most of the Stubborn weight is the abs and thighs, back area aka cellulite

Working out smart and targeted
Make Sure you are actually working out!! You could be putting in a lot of hours in the gym or your workouts but really not working at all. First you need to not just show up but also really work out. Second, the body has a way of getting used to your routine and it will stop being effective. One of the most successful workout routines is the few minutes’ work out on different machines for a period of 30-60 minutes. This way you get the most of your work out and trick your body out of getting used to the routines.
